For their spring production East Stroudsburg University 's Department of Theatre and Stage II, the student theatrical organization, will present Blithe Spirit, a comedic frolic that showcases the droll humor of theatrical icon Noel Coward. A Modern Hitchcock

Source Code must be an homage to the great works of Alfred Hitchcock. The opening sequence of stunning city and countryside vistas intercut with a train speeding through call to mind similar shots used in Hitchcock's films. The music laid over these images seals the connection in my mind as the staccato big band sound reminds me of the similar score in North by Northwest.

On Tuesday, April 12, 2011, James Richardson was the second poet in the three-part Spring Reading and Lecture Series.  The series was sponsored by and held at East Stroudsburg University in the Science and Technology Center Auditorium. Richardson is known for his infamous verse and aphorism poetry.

East Stroudsburg University remained at No. 3 in the NCBWA Atlantic Region poll this week, the sixth straight week that the Warriors have been listed among the top three teams in the region. East Stroudsburg University aces Jeremy Gigliotti and Andy Noga both received national recognition on Tuesday for their contributions to the Warriors' 20-7 record going into this week's PSAC East games against Mansfield and Bloomsburg. Harrisburg – The Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) today approved three new academic programs, including a Bachelor of Arts degree in Arabic language and culture that will be taught by faculty at California University of Pennsylvania and offered online to students at all 14 PASSHE universities.
