" #29, 80's Night: if you find yourself wanting to take your relationship with white people to the next level, one of the best places to meet a potential partner is at any 80's-night, even in your local city."

If you don't already have Christian Landers hilarious blog bookmarked in your favorites, then do yourself a favor and pick up his New York Times Bestseller, Stuff White People Like. This hysterical compilation of writings off his website has become a huge hit with such satirical comedy similar to the fictional newspaper The Onion. And the best part, he's getting laughs by making fun of you, and you'll eat it up. It's that kind of humor that works for the sole fact that it is 100% true, and you can't help but laugh at yourself.

This Canada born Ph. D dropout has made a living off of observing the mundane and everyday things around him and poking fun at them for your amusement. While the title of the book has raised a few eyebrows and has even been called racist, Landers does nothing more than point out the obvious that we've all been missing. The website is updated almost daily, each post accompanied by a new number and topic. Some of them range from political matters and social aspects such as #2, Religions Their Parents Don't Belong To, or #9, Making You Feel Bad For Not Going Outside. All the way to simple things such as #84, T-shirts, or #142, Hardwood Floors. The book even comes with a quiz at the end to judge just how "white" you are. In a world where race, as well as many other political issues, have become such cause for concern, it's nice to know that there are still some people out there who can make fun of themselves and get a good laugh. So if you're looking for a light hearted read, pick up Lander's book, or check him out at stuffwhitepeoplelike.com
