Train to visit the Sherman

The Sherman Theater will be the host for the rock band Train, on Fri., March 26. With Grammy-Award-winning songs, the band has made its mark on music history.

Train was formed in San Francisco in 1994. Members include vocalist Pat Monahan, guitarist Jimmy Stafford and drummer Scott Underwood. They have become a multi-platinum selling band and have had a successful journey thus far.

Some of Train’s chart-topping songs include “Meet Virginia” and “Calling All Angels.” Their most recent hit single is “Hey Soul Sister.” After the album For Me, It’s You in 2006, the band took a three-year hiatus. With their most recent fifth album, Save Me San Francisco, Train has revisited the rock roots that turned the band into a tour de force.

Tickets for the show are $37. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and the show starts at 8:00 p.m. Come out to the Sherman Theater on March 26 and see Train.
