ESU takes down No. 5 Kutztown

The rankings didn’t matter to the Warrior wrestling team Feb. 16 when they took down Kutztown University. Coming into the match, the KU Golden Bears were nationally ranked 18th in the NCAA Division II and 5th in the NCAA Division II East Region, while the Warriors were ranked below them in 7th in the East region. Warriors ice hockey advances to the Playoffs with Palmer's hat trick

On Feb. 13, the ESU hockey team took on Neumann University in their last regular season game before the playoffs. The first period played until the last minute, as ESU got on the board first after senior Steve Palmer capitalized on a Neumann turnover. Full story

PSAC East freshman of the week

Terrance King has earned his fifth PSAC East Men’s Basketball Freshman of the Week Award. King hails from East Stroudsburg North High School and has greatly helped the Warriors’ averaging 8.3 points and 9.0 rebounds this season. Other note-worthy games were against Cheney where King scored 11 points and 13 rebounds to help regain a share of the PSAC East lead and win 63-55 in overtime. Full story

Warrior place ninth at Championships

It was a record breaking weekend for the Warriors Swim Team at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Championships in Cumberland Valley, PA. The girls left East Stroudsburg University Thursday afternoon with over powering confidence, fully prepared to go fast. Full story
